SERP Service Website & Web App

Project Description:
Hello,

I'm looking to have a website & web app developed like: http://www.sescout.com/, authoritylabs.com, http://serpfox.com/

I would like all of the features they offer plus some additional.

So the project must have front end website, back end web app and admin area to manage the site/app.

Here are some of the features that I would require: (I will go into more detail with project winner.)

Web App:

Check Serps / Tracking - Google/yahoo/bing
Charting system
Grouping
Support system
Email update
Account management/ billing/

Website:
Clean/professional looking
I want the website to a landing page with a couple links similar to the sites mentioned above.
Compression chart pricing page
Video must be included
affiliate program

Admin Area:
Account management
Email members - free/paid - mass/individual

I will be using a third party billing/auto responder/affiliate software
