My name is Sean the owner of a marketing consultant firm.
We're looking to hire a full-time employee in countries that justify the following salary:

He/She must have extensive experience in Web Designer | Graphic Designer | Web Developer | Graphic Artist and basically a hard worker who gets the job done and "thinks outside the box" - that can work under time pressures.

There has been some confession among some of the other candidates. The salary is PER MONTH ....which can be paid bi-weekly.
We currently have two Philippine based employees working at $500/mo for fulltime work, we will pay slightly more depending on experience. I'm sorry if this was a misunderstanding.
