I need a portal where parents at a given section can share information. Information can be in a form of photo, text, video, SMS text message and voice.
The portal should be able to handle multiple school, grade level, sections, teachers, parents coordinator, parents and student. The portal can assign a member with different access level. Members of the portal will have an expiry date, posting limitations (view only, write only, etc.), access limitations. A Parents Coordinator is assigned per section at a given school year. The school administrator should be able to see postings by parents, parents coordinators and teachers.The Portal should have a calendar of activities that can be shared across school, grade levels and sections. The portal should have a notification for upcoming activities. Notification can be in a form of email, SMS text and calendar alert.
