Hi, we are looking for a shopping cart, either one that already exists, or perhaps one that you lovely people can write for us.

We want the ordering process to be as simple as possible, but slightly different to a generic shopping cart. We are selling essentially 'meal deals' to sailors, they will be ordering a minimum of 10 meals at a time. We would like them to click on which deal they wish to have, and then be prompted to enter a Name for that lunch bag. (As you can see across the top of that page, are some example meal deals)
After they have selected a deal, and entered a name, they will then click the items they wish to include. Once the 'meal deal' is filled, it will ask "Add another meal deal / Duplicate This Deal or Checkout" I hope that makes some sense!!
It will also be able to used as a normal shopping cart, without the meal deals, and on each click of an item it will simply add (1) + - next to it, so they can add more or remove, and they can carry on uninterrupted by checkout screens, until they have selected there 30 or so products, and then they press checkout.
It will obviously need to have some kind of back end for product management. It needs to work with either PayPal / Google Checkout or ideally Barclay's ePDQ CPI, which I believe is fairly compatible with everything, you just output final price to a special URL and they take payment.
