I want to a webplatform similar to http://www.shortshortshort.com/.
For a experienced programmer such a platform is easily set up and quick done. This reflects the price.
The idea is that there will be a main page like http://www.shortshortshort.com/ with a subscription platform. Here Authors can sign up and customers can order a subscription. A customer sign up on the general service will give the customer a randomly story sent to the mail that is uploaded by authors, customer can also choose preferable fiction they want to receive. The author account the authors can upload new stories, change mail, paypal account and other.
Authors can aslo make a personal page where they are offering their stories and subscription to own customers. Customers will then receive stories just from that special author. But payment of the subscriptions have same formula as mentioned below.
Also a google like, twitter like, faebook like and tip a friend script that gather mail adresses from customers mail.
Each story customer receives should have a like, that readers can like it.

Also if a publisher or other want to contact a author, the contact goes through the website.
Upon sign up the authors and customers needs to agree on TOS.
Customers will receive randomly stories uploaded by authors. If a story in choosen fiction available they will receive it, if not available they receive a randomly choosen from a other fiction.The site needs to make sure that no story are sent twice to the same customer. Authors will eventually get paid for rstories based on number of subscribers multiplied with subscription fee multiplied with procentage fee from site.
