Project Description:
I need a simple properties listing website with an easy backend to manage, edit listings built using PHP, MySQL. I will provide a .PNG layout and I need you to code it. My budget is $200 and Timeline is one week.

Home Page
Static Pages (3 pages, about, how it works, why list)
Pages with Forms (2 pages, Listing Form w/ photo upload, Contact Us w/ map)
Listings (Browse Listings w/ ability to sort by type, Listings Page w/ Gallery, Map, Description, Details Summary, Booking Plugin)
Specifications:
No users, only a simple backend to manage properties listings.
Simple listings database to add, edit listings, listings form adds property to database, browse listings by property type
Each listing has a photo gallery, google map, booking plugin, property details/description

Proposal Requirements:
- Past experience making a properties listing website
- Provide some details about how you understand the project requirements and how you can build this
- Mention the word "property" as the first word in your proposal
