Simple online store with HTML/PHP with Palpal hosted checkout

Project Description:
I need to build a sample online store that uses PayPal hosted checkout. I believe you cannot use PayPal Add To Cart and would have to implement Add To Cart functionality yourself (correct me if I am wrong).

Requirements:
1) Populate the online store with inventory from a mysql database.
2) Implement full Add To Cart functionality similar to PayPal Add To Cart. This includes (Add items, Remove Items, and Update quantity, Empty Cart...)
3) Implement PayPal hosted checkout which allows the user to checkout on the store website.
4) After the user has checkout, store purchased items in mysql database and email the user the purchase confirmation.

The code must be done in HTML/PHP and uses MYSQL database.
Work must be tested throughly and can run on XAMPP on Windows.
