Project Description:
I have a wordpress website and I sell customized logos.
What I need is a webform where users can update information about the logo that they need, and when they click on submit which takes them to make the payment and sends an email to me with the details of the design they want. The form needs to have a very clean and professional design.
Budget $30 for the same and should not take more than 3 hours of work for the right person...
I would prefer an html form and not a page inside my wordpress site. This page can be a separate link to my site.
