Site conversion to Magento e-commerce English and Japan lang

My company has an existing webstore with over 50 products on a different less-popular ecommerce platform.

We would like an experienced magento developer to design a new site based in our current store, we will pay for the magento theme you sugest or are expert in.. We can help with design.

We need as the actual site ,(in english/ us dollars, and Japanese / yens) , multi payments methods. Posibilty to have different kind of prices.. Relations products when we have sales.. etc..

We also need : shipping quote is shown in the site, without being login.

Be able to upload products and theirs pictures in batch quickly.

Be able to place a product in more than one category.

We need for each products, show different total product_prices according the size and other product_options.
