I need a design remake for my Site.

What should be done:
- Complete new deisgn (nothing to big just different)
- Videos and Affiliate links should stand out (not to obvious)
- Design should look legitimate and should not be in dark colors (simular to old)
- Leave all that isnt related to the design as it is
- Add some more (empty) review boxes on the right
