Social Entrepreneurship Website

Project Description:
We have started a social entrepreneurship venture and are needing a website with php work. It is essentially an online farmers marketplace connecting local growers to local consumers as a play on the established etsy.com. For the best idea of what the website would be and the user experience and capability needed, you can visit etsy.com. The general look of the site would be similar with the grid of items on the home page. Users should be able to create an account that allows them to sell or purchase goods. The grid of items would need to be based on a zip code that the user would enter with an option to sort either by farm, by food item, or by proximity. Most of the design has been completed, though your creative input will always be welcomed. Biggest need is coding.

I would like to see a plan for communication and project management. Would also appreciate estimated costs for site hosting, etc.
