The aim of this project is to create a custom social network, where users can post photos via website and mobile app. Other users can interact with those photos by rating, commenting and sharing (Facebook, Twitter, Email etc). It is _NOT_ a social network like Facebook, so please do _NOT_ bid thinking you are going to clone Facebook.
*** Language ***
English is not the primary language for this project. Please provide an easy way to translate it into other languages.
*** Users ***
When upload is done, user has to fill in some fields (category, location, description etc) related to the content of the photo.
Users can rate, share and comment photos that were submitted by others.
Users can choose to keep their profile anonymous (anonimity is not enabled by default) when doing any action.
Upon upload, users have to confirm where a “specific detail” is located in the photo. This is done by moving a “resizeable rectangle area” in the picture.
Users have different permissions levels. The default level is free, while some premium levels are paid under a recurring subscription.
*** User Points ***
Users gain points when specific tasks are achieved (first upload, first comment, 10th upload etc). A ranking system displays those who have gained more points along the period.
*** Mobile App ***
This Project demands a mobile application that allows similar usage (photo upload, comments, share etc). Preferably it should be an universal app (mobile version of website, that runs on any smartphone).
Geolocation is a desired feature for this mobile app.
*** Moderation ***
All photos are kept ON HOLD after upload, for moderation and approval by the website administrators. The only exception is when users have a certain level of permission, which allows auto-approval of photos (Admins have full permissions, for example).
Comments should also await for moderation by default.
*** Note about the "resizeable area" in uploaded photos ***
The mentioned “resizeable area” (when the photo is submitted) can be passed as an array of coordinates (x,y). Admins can edit/resize this area freely and determine the exact spot where the photo receives a “blur” effect.
