Project Description:
We need to get a beta website built ASAP. We have an entire website build sheet with requirement which will be sent to finalist. We need an individual/company who can.
The Build must be CI Framework for maximum security. In addition we will need a custom crawler/spider created which will be able to gather content for new members/clients if they have previously made information public and can provide a URL to the data.
1: Create a minimalistic style website.
2: Front End and Backend, including database to manage new user, the content they upload and track downloads and orders.
3: Shopping Cart
4: Payment system, for payment to members.
5: Stream media securely
6: Provide automatic approval codes for individuals able to download content after purchase in shopping cart.
7: Email drip system to members, based off of where they are at.
8: Zip File create of everything members upload for easy, single download.
This is not a small project! Please do not waste our time with bogus bids, or a public bid and then a didn't bid in a private PM, they will not be considered.
In addition and most import, we will pay on completion, 1 time payment in full. We will not do percentage completion payments of any kind. You have to be ok with these term to bid, if you bid and you are selected as the winner you are automatically agreeing with your bid.
