Project Description:
Need to make some changes in the existing web site.
It is a site for online video contest (ffmpeg).
Need to make the following changes:
* Fix some bugs with quality after uploading the videos
* Fix some bugs with uploading (not all video formats are uploading correctly)
* Add google analytics
* A couple of other minor things.
* further support after the launch of the website if needed.
