Project Description:
I need a streaming site similar to Own3D.tv / Twitch.TV
Requirements:
-Desktop software to communicate/stream from desktop > server aswell as a great looking/functional GUI with features showing amount of viewers, FPS, etc.
-Server side coding with administration and efficiency.
-Great looking/easy to use website for people looking to stream
-Advertising system (Google Adsense/Video ads for generating profit)
-Full server integration, users stream to our server then distributes to viewers
-Premium subscriptions to disable ads (Broadcasters would need to buy the subscription, not viewers)
-PayPal integration for buying subscriptions
Desktop client should have features such as quality, bitrate, stream delay (2 min, i.e if someone is broadcasting a scrim from CSS they do not want people knowing where they are going / are and this feature should be OPTIONAL)
Administrators should have the option to disable ads for channels, upgrade packages, change billing periods, ban IP's, send mass emails, etc.
As the website grows we will need development constantly, so if the website works out very well we will hire you as a full time developer with great pay.
Depending on websites features, may require some photoshop experience for graphics, maybe AJAX/jQuery for neat sliders/features.
