Project Description:
I need assistance in designing and launching a website that is a message board forum for 2 domains that I own. This message board forum would need to feature daily updated news articles, market reports, and the ability for users to create new thread topics for discussion.

I would like the site to be extremely secure, as it would involve accepting payment for monthly/yearly subscriptions by credit card. Thank you in advance for any inquiries--I am open to discussion on this project as it is a first time venture into managing a website.
