MOE Hello mate, i really just go throw from your details. This is pretty much simple and easy to understandable document. I really like your presentations. There is mainly three parts: 1.) Normal User Part :: They only can access the Active Survey forms, like add data by using the Survey forms. There is an option to login the user and logout system also. After login User can save their submitted data. 2.) Super User :: They can do the same as Normal User can do. But Super users have some features and flexibility. Like, they can search for a specific record with the Entry ID, and also can see the details information of any particular user, that is submitted by the user. Here also they can login and logout. 3.) Admin From Back-end :: Admin can Add/Edit/Delete any Survey with a assign a status. Also can Export the Survey data to Excel or CSV format Admin can manage the user data, like, Add/Edit/Delete any user with their data. Admin also can add edit delete any question from any particular survey form. The Survey will be applicable after submitted by admin. *** and i think admin can also add new Survey with a proper category assigning. Statistics also very easy to understand. I have to view the surveys with proper category wise, with proper records wise and also with proper total number of questions wise. *** Not proper get the points from your docs regarding this Statistics. My Solutions: I will use WordPress as a base platform with Custom PHP-MySQl to customizations.
