Project Description:
I am looking to create a simple voice broadcast script using the Twilio API. A user would input their cell phone number in a text field, a list of numbers they wish to call in a textarea box, and then click the "Broadcast" submit button.
The user would then be called, allowed to record a message, verify/re-record if needed, and then press a button on their cell phone to broadcast the message to the list of numbers included in the textarea box.
The system will need to be set up on my server running LAMP server running Apache 2.2.23, and PHP 5.2.17.
