Update website

Project Description:
I recently had a Freelancer create a website for me. He did a very good job. It has everything I need, but after beginning to add content to it, I realize that it needs some "adjustments". I have created a document with screen shots, etc. explaining what needs to be done. I will provide the original source files so that these adjustments can be made. I do not want the website to be re-written. I spent a lot of time with the original developer to get it to this point.

Most of the "adjustments" have to do with the appearance of the website on different computers and devices with different browsers. I do not believe that the website needs to be completely redone using R.W.D. (Responsive Design) protocols. It is not critical that the website be optimized for all potential devices. My requirement is that the content is a least accessible and legible. Right now, as you can see in the attached document, there are some SEVERE content layout issues that prevent the visitor from having access to important content. My goal is to have a good appearance on the larger devices that will access it. For example, Desktops, laptops, and larger tablets (such as iPad).

There are also a couple of other changes I want implemented that are described in the attached document.

Please pay close attention to the project requirements specified in the attached document: DVS-website.doc. If you take exception to any of the requirements listed in that document, please inform me at the time of placing your bid. Also, please study the document before placing your bid so that you can make reference to it when bidding. (This way I will know that you actually read it.)

note: I have priced this as a "simple project", but I do expect it to be at the higher end of the $ scale.
