Hello
We are looking for someone to modify and fancy select menu using html, css, jscript to make it into the look and feel we want.
One of the select options in the menu is the upload an excel (.xls) file, read it and write it to a MySQL database in a certain way. We have included phpexcel for the ability to read xls files.
The package of work is :-
Adapt our fancy menu sample to the way we want it.
Upload a xls file (ensuring appropriate security)
Use phpexcel (provided) to read, then write to the MySQL database.
We have a very detailed flow chart to help you understand what data we need from the xls file and a blank database format to write too.
As you will discover there is more work following on from this if you would like it. importing the same type of data from 2 other xls files and a csv file. We would like to give the work to the same person.
