Video Sharing Website for Gamers - repost

I'm looking for someone to create a video sharing website for gamers. also someone that will be able to talk to me while making the site so I can see how things are coming along. The goal of this site is members can sign up and create their own profiles, and upload their videos. There videos will be uploaded by simply posting their video url from youtube. Which will then grab the youtube video's title, thumbnail, description, and tags. and they can choose what video game they are playing. The video will then be posted to the site. I want the homepage to show 5 videos that are being watched at the time the person is viewing the site. the homepage will also show the 50 most recent videos added, showing a thumbnail, video title, who posted it, how many views and how many likes it has. Above the videos I want a sort feature so they can easily click a link and take them to a page to show the most recent videos, Most viewed: today, week, month, all time as well as Most Liked: today, week, month, all time. I also want a members section, where viewers can search members based on age, sex, location, and platform they play on such as xbox, ps3, or PC, and games they play the profile pages would show the user's avatar location, age, and join date, as well as their xbox gamertag, psn id, steam id, origin id, if they have one, and about them. Members could also message each other, friend each other. I want the profile page to show the user's uploaded videos, videos they like, videos they favorite, and also a place for them to post status updates. The videos page will show the video from youtube, as well as a like button, dislike button, favorite button, and a share button. and show the video views, likes, and dislikes. below that I would want a comment section. and on the right side spot for advertisement, as well show related videos. that's pretty much my website idea and what I want done. once I choose someone I can go into more detail on how I want things.
