I want to creat a Basic website on vivvo script using this Template from http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/40641.html
the website will have admin login,employee login and customer login , admin can upload files and chose which category of members can view each individual file ie: client x can view file (xyz) and client Z cant view client (xyz) files same goes to employees, all upload by admin will be either by excel ,word or manualy add on the fly like fill in form on website, and then client can download file as excel or word
employees cant view clients files and clients cant view employees files ,employees will have a download section to download files needed for work related dodocuments
all logins should be made on secured https://
this will be a test website and after this is done ,we will update and tweek the website with additional pay or as a new project,basic website should be done fast and on internet till we can do the 2nd phase of website, so clint sees progress
please only serious designers bid , dont waste my time if you cant do it,
