Project Description:
This project will be basically to finalize what it has been done before by other programmer. The project requires some enhancements to make it working the way that it should suppose too. I will send some papers which explains the conceptual framework of the system and layers that it has as well as which layer you should be working on. Also, I have written in quite details of the project. It will have some calculation which needs to be done.
I will also send you a previous thesis link which shows how I want the voting result page should be and how it should show that page. The result is based on the vote that the user has voted.
I may ask you also to add minor things here and there. So expect that if you are the bid winner.
This project is valued with 600 dollars.
The timeline is very important in this project.
I need someone to finish the project ON TIME and not to be careless. It is worthless to claim you have finished the project but it has many bugs to fix.
