I need a developer that can develop a professional “BARTENDERS FOR HIRE” NETWORK.
Same concept (like freelancer) but strictly for all alcohol related matters, like..Party Planner, Even Coordinator, Bartender, Severs, Event DJ, Event MC, Even Security...ect)
Database for United States & other region for Search HIRING purposes.
>The Alcohol Freelancer will then Bid on Job Post (Similar Concept to freelancer.)
>The people have the option to search them by their surrounding radius, place and region
>Option feature: Directory Service for Freelancer to create profile and register in our website data base too.
>People who hired them then can Rate base on experience, Performance, and recommendation..etc.

My Term on the Payment will be as Follow:
>25% (Initial Fund will be released after we approved the Design/Mock-Up)
>35% (Fund will be released after we test and approved BETA phase)
>40% (Final Balance will be released after Final walkthrough and turn over complete control of Project.
