WEBsite for DVD rent

I am looking for someone to build me an online DVD movie rental web site like Netflix but with a lot less features. I only want to be able to rent DVD's to members. I will NOT be selling movies on my web site and will not be streaming videos or movies on my web site. Just a simple DVD movie rental web site.

I need all of the basic functions like a members queue, etc. A nice example of what I am really looking for can be found at [url removed, login to view] This script is almost perfect in features but really lacks the professional design I would like to have. I want a web site design that takes up the entire page and stands out with big buttons. An example of a web site design I like (has nothing to do with DVD renting though) can be seen at [url removed, login to view] It stands out, has large font and the buttons are big.

There are a few modifications I need that [url removed, login to view] lacks. I want to be able to modify what info is needed for movie descriptions and be able to add my own criteria to the movie descriptions. For example; When you look at the movie information on [url removed, login to view] it has a bunch of fields that are required like Rating, Movie Studio, etc. Some of these fields are useless and I would like to be about to create my own and not have required fields.

I don't want the main buttons to read "Add to Wish List" I want it to read "Add to my Queue".

Also, I want the ability to be able to edit the e-mails that get sent out automatically when movies are shipped and received (this script does it now but you can't edit the e-mails from the admin panel).

Also I want to be able to delete movies that got returned from the members return queue. [url removed, login to view] does not allow you to delete the movies from the members return queue.

I also want the movie cover images to look nice. Some of the thumbnail images on [url removed, login to view] look horrible.

Paypal needs to be included as the main and only way I collect money. At the end of the month I want to be able to click a button and it will generate the customers invoice from their account balance.

You could almost take the script of [url removed, login to view] and design a professional template around it. Although it would need some modifications.
