WHMCS Custom Template - Hostgator

Hey Guys - I have WHMCS up and running on my site. I need someone to customize the look and feel of WHMCS and build all aspects of it into a page template I have created here: [login to view URL] By all aspects, I mean all the sub-pages - Client Area, Submit ticket, Support Tickets, Affiliates etc will all open up into a page using this template. As far as billing - I need it to look and function the same as the one Hostgator (HG) uses: First Choose a domain: [login to view URL] Enter a fake domain into the HG webpage above, and take a look at the second page, it needs to look and function exactly as this, ALL aspects of this form need to be included. If a client selects to pay via Paypal they should be able to pay on the following page using the pay now/subscribe buttons as per HG. There is one addition I would like to make to page 2 of the HG template - the option to add "Add-ons", such as domain privacy, template installation etc. It should come after the billing information and before the review of order details and be presented the same as the rest of the page. The checkout process needs to be built into the WHMCS template page I mentioned above, so that the whole WHMCS module looks like it is part of my site. I also need you to run the module in test mode to verify your work and make sure everything is 100% functional. WHMCS is installed on a subdomain at http://www.billing.simplegreenwebhosting.com.
