I Want a website having template like viewbestads.com or skype.com. The main purpose of website is to make a platform of questioners and answer writers. In this site i want 5 to 6 pages. First page is homepage where questioners and writers can sign in or sign up. In second page questioners can submit questions and also give the details of answers word count and total time. After submitting questions they have to pay through paypal to publish their question. On the other way writers can see available questions and can select from them. After selection they will get deadline to submit answer. The answer will approved after question writer's permission.On fourth page they can see their total earning. So, I want to design it as soon as possible. I have a domain and web hosting. Please bid and tell me what is the total price you will take and also mention in how many days you will make it. My determined price is 20-30 dollars. and total time is 7-10 days. Reply asap
