1). "Who we are" is the homepage , it 'll be highlighted in top nav. menu when visitor is on home page. Home page is a combination of some features of homepage.png + homepage2.png

2). the design of main home page content will be from "homepage 2.png" but certain features like 2 sliders "Reports and Publications" and "Dalit literature" etc. sliders will be there on home page taken from "homepage.png"

3). On right sidebar, there will be "Article/case studies" from blog, Dalit news, Nacdor events etc. showing recent posts of the respective categories (see homepage.png )

content etc. will be taken from http://nacdor.org/

so the following things needs to be used from homepage.png

1. Reports and population
2. "Dalit literature" etc. sliders
3. "Article/case studies"
4. Dalit news
5. Nacdor events

"Reports and Publication" is also in slider form And under "Who We Are" are subpages --> like About us, Vision, Mission and similarly will there be subpages under other pages - "What We Do", Focus Areas, Dalit

4). On some pages there has to be "Download our brochure" graphic and link on sidebar, so for some pages, the sidebar will have to be customized

5). And on top right sidebar - "Our Outreach" , "Read more" will link to a page with map on it showing the outreach in India in a good map-graphic format

6). And on each page there has to be "social sharing" , email sharing buttins, and "Printer Friendly" buttons

7). Basically each PArent Page like "Who We Are" can be like this - http://www.unicef.org/about/index.html

Boxes like content will have all the sub pages under "Who we are" ==> About us, Annual report , History etc.
