Project Description:
I have a temp gap open in my company and am looking for a capable designer to work on a Spa Salon Experience website. Quite high specification.
1. I need to know if you are DEFINITELY capable of all requirements outlined in the briefing document attached.
2. I need to know how many hours the website will take to complete and cost per hour.
3. I need a freelancer I can work with closely using skype and prefer not to work with design houses and middlemen.
4. For the programmer selected I will need a full proposal detailing project plan and cost breakdown.
