Web Site Builder for yoga apparel company

Greetings,

I am looking for a web designer to build a web site for an apparel company.
I would like it close to exact of the following site:

It will need to have the same capabilities as the site shown above, and we would like to be able to make easy changes/additions on the back end/in house.

Key features:
*Pages load quick and respond fast while retaining highest quality look and feel.
*Must load on all mobile devices, smart phones, iPads etc..
*Custom video player, we will be updating these seasonally with new collections so being able to upload in house is a must.
*Inventory tracker, again being able to add/adjust inventory in house a must.
*"zoom" feature for each item of clothing to view item in detail as the site above examples.
*Straight forward and easy to navigate shopping cart.
*There will be multiple "views" of the product as the site mentioned above and in addition a "play" tab to see the garment being used, see link below for reference of this feature:

*Links to social Media added
*Some tab's will be removed, some added or changed, this is undetermined as to their names as of now.

Due to the nature of retail, it would be wonderful if it had the capability to make changes in house. I am open to your best suggestions.
Launch of this site is spring 2013, toward the end of May, I would like to start reviewing and tweaking by Jan 30th 2013

Looking for someone who is punctual, easy and kind to communicate with, fun with a creative intuitive nature and is looking to be on the team for future projects and changes. I would like to be able to Skype as sometimes explanations are better understood via phone.
I will provide images for the initial build, but please note these will all be replaced before web site launch.
