The customer comes to my showroom, places a request to take measurements from the site
I issue a "measurement request" and send my technician to take the measurements, then based on the that I arrange a "Quotation"
after that, the "quotation" gets converted into a "contract"
I then issue a "work order" to my workshop, after finishing, the products get delivered to the "client"
if the client has any issue with the products later on, a "maintenance request" gets issued, to fix any problems the client has, then "client's file" gets closed
