Web development and plugins to be incorporated into webpages

We are looking to set up a social website using the Social Engine software. The Social Engine plugins are required to be installed on our web page layout, in order to make all functions active. It is a completely new install and we have chosen a number of plugins from the Social Engine website to add to our installation. The successful contractor will be expected to take all the elements from our brief and deliver a finished and working website fully tested and with any bugs ironed out. You will not be required to carry out custom plugin development nor create any artwork(original templates are designed, but additional pages are required for developement, ie. business pages as per Facebook). We would also envisage that the successful person would stay onboard to oversee the project for the initial few months and assist with any issues that may arise once the project is launched We have one firm websitelaunch planned all based on Social Engine. We are based in the UK.
