Project Description:
An innovative start up, yummymomy.com, which will change the way we share and eat food, is looking for a Web Designer and Developer who is passionate about layout and UX. We need a web design expert to achieve an alluring, captivating, robust, engaging, attractive, and responsive web design.
If LESS, CSS3, cross platform and responsive design are yummy words for you, we are looking for you!
We already developed all the backend engine using PHP, CodeIgniter and Mysql. Now we just need to skin the pages starting from PSD files that our Designer made. Of course it will require:
- writing all the HTML files, using a responsive framework (twitter bootstrap or Zurb foundation or similar) or simply writing down from scratch.
- writing ajax interactions (client side)
- writing js components (sliders, searches, maps)
- slicing the PSD to get all the needed graphical parts
Our website is a MarketPlace: sellers can publish what they will sell (meals) and buyers will be able to search, buy and review what they buy and the seller. You can imagine yourself what kind of pages will be required (homepage, search, product detail, customer detail, publishing pages, feedbacks, ...).
We will provide:
- PSD Files of mayor pages (not every page). You should be able to design other pages using graphical parts of the main pages. Important: if you are able to improve the layout, designing other components and improving our layout it will appreciated (we will consider Photoshop skills as a PLUS: not necessary but useful)
- Direct interaction with our PHP developers and Technical PM: you will receive answer to any doubt in real time (IM/phone/email)
After completing the product of course we will need a Frontend Developer for minor changes/improvements. If our collaboration will be succesful we will be happy to continue with you.
