Hi,
we require a web-based survey portal to be developed.
here are some specifications:
Front-End: PHP/HTML
Back End: MySQL
Core requirements are:
1. Cross platform compatibility for use with any browser
iPad
iPhone
Android Tablet
Android phone
Google Chrome
Firefox
Internet explorer.
2. Back end: survey results need to be stored in a Database (MySql or similar)
3. Admin portal with ability to:
Modify/add questions
Modify/add answers
Produce reports on different types of answers
Graphs on reports (Pie chart, column or bar graph) similar to Excel ones.
