I have a very small (1 person) start up IT services company and need help with content creation and website building. The website has to look professional and the provider need to able to suggest and create content for the same. Also, would need various options to be provided for the technologies that would be used for the website building and comparison of each of the options w.r.t to my company.

1. content creation with suggestions on the every part of the website
2. Provide Logo/banner options
3. website building. The website has to look very professional and should have every (basic) part that a big company's website would have.
4. Provide various options for technologies that would be used for the website building and comparison of each of the options w.r.t to my company.
5. Increase traffic to my website and search score
6. Should be able to hand off smoothly and also provide details on maintenance on how to add to each list.
