Website Coding needed

Hello,

I need someone to recode the following for me, make it simpler to edit, etc.

Basically, it isnt the whole webpage, just the tabbed window that i need.

I need 9 Tabs in total.

The first tab will have a google maps, map on it.

The other pages will just be normal html coding, no need for iframes inside the other tabs, all html coding.

The page the code will go onto is a php page.

I basically need someone to recode the tabbed window part, give me all the files i would need to attach it to a web page, and also have instructions on what to do inside each tab / page, etc, for me to edit the contents, etc. I want to own the coding, and not have to ask anyone permission to use it.....ever.

The actual page background i will use my site template that i have made, so i just need the coding for the tabbed window part.

Black background, i like the grey bar for the tabs, but i need the ability to change the colour of the active tab (the orange on in the link below). For one site, i want it red, another a different colour.
