Project Description:
Looking for a very specific design for our business that provides online book reviews and product review services. The customer we are targeting, is one who needs online reviews written for products, services, books, etc. This has to be an elegant, clean and ultra-professional site with some eCommerce functionality (Paypal to start and API).
The design will be less than 10 pages and the layout would be very similar to buyessay.com, although not as "busy" or "cluttered", but overall very similar with different colors. The site must be editable by a novice with no programming required to make changes to the key areas of the site (text, pics), etc.
I'm ultra experienced in the Yahoo Store platform, but that is 100% eCommerce and this site is probably 80% information and 20% eCommerce (functionality) but 100% designed to sell our services!
Ideally, Wordpress, Joomla or I am open to others, as long as it is readily editable by a novice.

I want the site to be SEO friendly (getting book reviews, buying online reviews), number of people currently on site, newsletter subscription link
- I want people to be able to chose the language of the website with a drop down menu at the top right of any page. Please explain the best way to build a multi language website
- You will load the site onto our host of choice and make sure all features are 100% functional and tested.
The site should have all the basic features, and we like the general layout of buyessays.com (you can have your own creative style to it, so it is not identical).
Budget: 500 USD or less. We are looking for somebody who is an expert. I am an outstanding employer, easy to work with, but please do not under bid and under deliver. I need professional, excellent communication, timely updates and expect all to be 100% ready to load into a host, then tested thoroughly after going live. You will need to provide free support for 45 days.
