3. Design of a very simple banner, essentially duplicating what is there, but with the company logo and a different image.

I will provide a screenshot for the successful bidder with a more detailed breakdown of what changes I require on the homepage.
I will need the project completed in 3 weeks maximum.
Other - In order to be successful with this bid, you must have a good feedback rating on Freelancer, any users with less than 10 completed projects need not apply, I will also require you to send through your portfolio of work, showing your design capabilities. There will be opportunities for a number of other projects for the successful candidate.
