Project Description:
I am seeking to overhaul and refresh a website. I am doing this on behalf of the owner in the capacity of Project Manager. .

I am seeking quotes to build out (preferably in the easiest to use CMS - wordpress? ) about 15 pages with 6 needing to be dynamic and the balance static.
Requirements:
1) The site will need the ability to upload videos, pictures and link to external sites
2) A login capability to "exclusive" information and access to voice files
3) Email template forms in HTML with administration to the email 'groups"
4) Hosted in the cloud with owned URL
5) On going content changes and management of site (potentially)
