I want to create a site that will offer services. Site will be in 2 languages, English and Greek. I will provide translation to Greek.
Simplistic and modern design is required for this website. I will also need SEO for the site, main target will be Greece, then depending on its success other countries will follow.
I will also need hosting and administration for the website. So, please PMB with an AS MUCH ELABORATE AS POSSIBLE (price separately for creation-seo-hosting-admin or even further) offer of yours. I would prefer to hire someone that will be able to offer me all of these, but I will also consider separate offers, if they are worth choosing.
If you are able to provide logo design please also mention that and offer as well.

I will prefer to start cooperation with a company or a group of people, so they can undertake simultaneously different projects. This is the start of an ongoing basis of work, if the work satisfies me and brings results (SEO wise). Having someone in your company/group that is a fluent Greek speaker is optional, but highly preferable.
Price will still be on of the basic criteria in selecting the freelancer, so make sure you give me the best offer possible.
