We are an agent for high end, short term, holiday villa rentals. - in Phuket + Ko Samui Thailand
Looking for competent web designer/builder our website. see brief below:
Primary marketing tool will be a website, to present our brand/company, showcase all the villas, and generate sales leads.
We are based in Phuket Thailand, and Melbourne Australia
The new website/brand will be called www.superphuketvillas.com
We will be corporate, sleek, but holiday style. Modern, high end, sophisticated but not snotty.
target is international market - with some focus on specific countries such as Australia, India, Singapore.
Target demographic/clients - is same as 4 and 5 star hotel users.
More details on creative brief later..... for all components below.
1) LOGO / corporate font
prefer simple graphics.
We will supply corporate colour options, and font brief/guidelines.
2) WEBSITE - PRE LAUNCH HOLDING PAGE
One page - logo, 3 pics , 200 words of text - and contact only. Very simple.
3) WEBSITE - DESIGN + BUILD
Main website www.superphuketvillas.com
same template format as competitors examples given above - with some creative design variation, to make us look unique.
Main menu : Home page > The villas > Phuket > about us > contact
We will supply all text, villa pics (and high res professional lifestyle pics) , corporate colour options .........
we will supply detailed site map, and page contents .... and a preferred layout guide for some pages.
we can show you what we do and dont like, in each of the above examples - some home page is too busy - some pics are too small -
some slide shows we dont like their operation - etc.
For now we only list Phuket villas.
we will start with about 30-40 villas - but must be able to add more ourselves later - up to 120.
(Later we will add Samui section, and duplicate the site as www.supersamuivillas.com - but this is not part of this first brief)
no hotel or flight bookings.
no villa sales, only Villa rentals.
3a) VILLA DATABASE SEARCH - website needs a search tool - so people can search villas, via * location, * size (bedrooms), * price (daily).
Sliding scale is not req if its costly, if tick a box works.
we would like location to be done via a map (see www.phuketrenthouse.com)
all in $USD only
dont need google earth SAT maps for every villa (only static Phuket map same as www.amazingphuketvillas.com)
Need content management system we can ourselves operate later. , or alternative service plan.
Note, website must be designed/built with regard to the SEO plan, and SEO freindly techniques.

4) SEO CONSULTANCY
a) Master strategy - keywords - we have a plan, but as you may see, its a competitive market,
and very open to other professional advice in regards to keywords, and other overall SEO strategies you may recommend.
b) Website build - ensure the website is built with regard to the SEO plan, and SEO friendly techniques
5) SEO ONGOING
First 6 months , or so - to work our SEO plan. Develop all aspects and get some progress.
If there are different levels of service, please show - and note we have time and some skills
to help ourselves on the SEO progarm as much as possible - ie you wont have to do everything, only the specialized skills.
