Website design for my companies WITH SEO

I have an existing cleaning service website that i want to get redesigned. The site has been in production for about 6 years and I feel its time to update. We will keep the existing logo, however everything else I want completely redesigned. I want it VERY user friendly and easy to navigate while catching the visitor, I don't want something too busy. I want simple but professional. We have a simple back end interface that I want redesigned as well. From here we can track everyone who has requested an online estimate, update fields for the zip code look up and update drop down fields on the feedback form. I also want to link our site to our Facebook page and also have a very easy to use way to send out company newsletters. My second company is a start up Property Management company. I want this site to be VERY user friendly with a very professional image. I want to include online contact requests for additional information, an easy to use back end interface for us to update current rentals, and I want to have online forms they can fill out and submit as well as an easy way for current and new customers to download and complete required forms. ITS VERY IMPORTANT BOTH SITES BE DESIGNED WITH SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION IN MIND! If a continued recurring fee is required to get my sites ranked then include that!!
