Project Description:
I am seeking a custom WordPress template (if possible) and design for a commercial site.

Below is a few examples of some websites for inspiration:

I require something simple, minimalistic and clean looking.

The navigation would include something like:

- Home
- Register
- Log in
- Advertise
-Vew Ads
- Offers
-Affiliate
-Tasks
- Contact

I would also require a space for users to sign up to a mailing list (MailChimp / Campaign Monitor is preference) and also social media (Facebook / Twitter / SoundCloud) icons somewhere in the navigation.
