I need a website design that is warm and welcoming. The design should have navigation under the header, and space for a video beneath the navigation. I like the interactivity of www.mrhenryvargas.com but the look and feel is not what I'm looking for.

Update to project-
What I am looking for is a team or company who offeres as many services as possible, such as website design, development and programming.
Essentially, I want to find a good team or company to work with on a continual basis as I will be giving that team a lot of work coming up. Before you bid, please send me a message with an overview of everything you offer, and if you really want to stand out of the crowd, create a couple designs and let me see them.
Remember, essentially I will be selling your services and bringing you in continual work and cashflow. I am looking to build a lasting, working relationship with the team or company I choose. Please respond with Branded Services in the subject line of your message so I know it's not spam.
