Website for business and home listing of furniture for sale

Project Description:
Summary: Website that's hybrid between ebay (item listing), car sales directory (carsales.com.au) and general article listing of furniture (gumtree.com.au) by furniture businesses, home users that has furniture for sale as well as potential buyers.

Looking for developer that can provide long-term support thru growth of site's lifecycle, site needs to be able to be expanded for more categories, listings.

Functions:

1. Furniture Businesses / I run a furniture shop and i am interested to list my goods on this site: Login / portal for listing of items, include description, category selection, photo uploading, location of store, contact details of store, asking price, condition of goods, shipping details (description), ability for user to bulk list, atleast the attributes, mass upload photos & assigning photo to each listed article. Website needs to allow for expansion for more attributes as the site grows. Account to be of business user.

Pricing to business use is depending on how many items are listed. So there needs to be a my account area for tracking of views of listed items, potential leads, analysis of views in 'x' period.

2. Home user lister / I am a home user and I happen to have a piece of furniture which may be of value to someone: Specs should be similar to "1" furniture business. However this is easier to list. ie. one item at a time. Pricing is based on how many items are listed. There needs to be a my account area for tracking of views of listed items, potential leads, analysis of views in 'x' period.

3. Buyer / I am in the market for a piece of furniture: To be able to browse by categories, price range, location, much like experience of using ebay as a buyer. The site should allow me to obtain information of seller. Needs to protect seller from bots, ie. enter captcha to obtain phone details. Email me items details, allow for account creation and saving of viewed/bookmarked items. Contact seller via the site.

NOTE: We are not looking for buyers to bid. Think more carsales.com.au, than ebay.

4. Other front end functions needed
-Internal messaging system from seller to buyer and vice versa. 'leads for sellers' and 'questions from buyers'
-Seller rating system, the more items 'removed' from listing = more sales = more popular seller.
-Seller billing method - billed via Paypal - or CC via Paypal. Credit card system will be considered.
-Map location of item in small google maps
-Take ques from similar sites, any other features that will add value will be considered.

5. Backend features
-Allows for monitoring of buyer history, number of items listed = invoicing.
-High level monitoring of states
--items listed
--items removed
--various sorting
-Ability to lock out accounts for abused account, no longer active account, non-paying seller etc.
-Ability to add/edit/remove categories, attributes and general expansion to website.
-Ability to edit/ban listings.

Timing:
Ideally concept to production in 2 months.

To sum up any other features that could make such a site useful and profitable will be considered. Please take a look at above sites for ideas and references. General design and layout, database design, front-end, reporting and administration etc.

Looking for a long term all-rounder to launch us off the ground.

Not looking for the cheapest, but we are looking for best ideas, quality and willingness to commit and quick results!

No template sites please! unless it happens to fit the bill perfectly.
