Hi
I am looking to create a very modern, professional and stylish website.

I would like a template created that I can manage myself going forward to update content etc.

At the moment I require the site to web able to switch between English and Brazilian Portuguese, but with an easy option to add other languages in future. I can obviously translate the content myself.

The site will serve 3 functions to start. But it may have other areas added in the future.

1. Property
2. Consultancy
3. Events

The first page must give the option to select the language and which area they wish to visit. If they click the 1,2 or 3 it should give a description of that area of the site and then click again to enter.

Then depending on which area they go there will obviously be 3 other home pages. Each home page should have a button to take to one of the other areas of the site if required. It should also have feeds to twitter/facebook to see recent posts etc.

1. The property site will need to have featured property on home page but also a searchable database that allows people to select different criteria to search through available property.
Also about us page’s etc. It should be easy for me to upload new property. The search function will produce a list with picture location price and title. Mouse over will show a few extra details. Clicking will take to the page of the property. The property detail page should allow photos, videos, information and floorplan. Maybe in future I will add a virtual tour function.

2. This will be mainly information based, so ability to add pages

3. Events – this will be mainly information based also. But will improve this in future to searchable database etc.


I am open to other suggestions for the site. But I want it to look very modern. I like when the background is fixed but text moves with background staying still. I like slick graphical buttons so things flow rather than point and click. I also wish it to be smartphone and tablet friendly as much as possible. Or maybe a slightly different view more suited to viewing on smaller screens when visited by a tablet or phone. But it is essential I can keep the site text updated myself regularly and add more content in future if required (I am fairly good with PC’s, but to start a template for this would take me a long time).

Also would like good contact us pages, with links to email, skype, facebook, twitter and if easy and not costly potentially a chat function for the site.

If any other good ideas, or other new features about that I don’t know of then I would like to hear them.
