Job Description

A website is required to offer language and technical training services firstly to the French and then secondly to the European market.
The training and coaching will be given by skype (and later using an onsite system with conversation recording system), Phone or Face to face conversation. The site will also recruit teachers and consultants in UK, US and other countries.
The site will be administrated online by administrators

The same website development will be used for at least two other websites keeping the same structure with a different commercial skin.
SEO support (white hat practice) for these sites will be required initially for 3 months and on approval with an ongoing contract.

The priority of this project is to achieve minimum site usability and good SEO in a 3 month period to allow good initial return of investment.

The steps will be as follows.

1) Graphic design, usability approved outlay, site architecture proposal , SEO credentials acceptance
2) 1st stage minimum site usability+ facebook/Twitter pages
3) 2nd stage database and functional organisational modules
4) 3rd stage additional modules

3rd and 4th phase development will integrate different modules by priority of usage.

Each milestone will be considered an individual project with full payment at each milestone.
