this is a project regarding design and build a web site, we would prefer that it would be done in html5 but if you can make a good point for other than that then OK (not wordpress).
please read the attached file and understand that it may not be a finished since we want the winner to work with us regarding the making and developing of the project.
We will provide the recipes that have to be imported to the website.
only bidders that have a proven track record, portfolio and good rating will be considered.
