We want a website look like olx.com.
We need you create for us a script like www.olx.com. Design will be provided by us.
Script must be possibile to be multilanguage from admin and Paypal integrated
Freelancers with site like it just developed are preferred. We need that the script ll be written from scratch for us and not based on any commercial script.
We need also that the script can be possible to be easly installed by our partners so that it can have an autoinstall.php system in order to install easly on multiple domains.
Developer will do the application ASP.NET /MS SqlServer or Php/My sql (ASP.NET recommended due to stability with large amount of users)

Maximally automated. Minimal administration is needed though you may do a full administration from the admin panel
Security: image verification (CAPTCHA), protection from cross-site scripting (e.g. javascript code injections), email injection. Protection from file upload attacks. Secure persistent login implementation. Brute force login attempts rejection. Admin Area directory renaming is supported for security purposes. "Bad words" warning. Checks the validity of e-mail addresses entered by each user.
