Website with Functional Backend

I need a website built for a Marketing company. This will be a very basic front end with only 4 pages visible to the public. The majority of the work will be behind the scenes where we need the following: Payroll - The ability for management to input payroll and the staff to be able to have their own logins to be able to see what they are being paid in a fortnight. Bonus System - Part of payroll that we can add bonuses into on a daily basis. Incentive system - We have an internal incentive system that we would like to be able to input data daily that can update and staff will be able to see the points that they have accumulated. This will require management and staff logins with passwords. Staff will be able to see all details on the one page when they log in and can also go back and check previous payrolls. The ability to be able to print the payroll or export to be able to be sent to our payroll department.
